Hi, I’m Jenny, CEO and Founder of Neon Advising!
I’m a proud 1st generation HSI college student, hoping to leave behind a legacy of authenticity, passion and integrity.
I’ve successfully led strategy in sales, human resources, multifamily living, broadcast television and DEI (diversity + equity + inclusion) initiatives at places like Dish Network and Google.
I specialize in advising on career growth for underrepresented people in business. Specifically, Women and People of Color. As an Indigenous Latina, I know that struggle of what its like to be the only one in the room… and I know what its like to win despite that.
I’ve created a dynamic, results oriented and proven approach and I am so thrilled to see the transformation it can bring my clients - YOU!
